These Greek Staunton design chessmen have been beautifully crafted with a very unique twist on the world-famous design. Due to the imposing size of each of these pieces, the carvings add rather than subtract from the set, and with each piece perfectly weighted, these chessmen will make each and every game an absolute pleasure to play. Their bases are covered with billiard cloth so that your board will not be damaged during play.

Standing at a massive 11.4cm and with its 5cm base diameter, the chessboard is going to need to be equally impressive to complement the Greek chessmen. We would recommend looking at 59cm chessboards, which invariably come with 6cm squares as standard, although boards from 53cm with larger squares may well accommodate them too.
