Warping
Defective hardware or electrical goods

What is not covered by our warranty

Accidental damage (Although you are likely covered by our lifetime piece replacement service)
Damage caused by sunlight
Modifications or customisations made after purchase
Exposure to chemicals
Damage caused deliberately

Product care and warranty information is provided in a handy booklet with each set purchased.

To make a claim under our warranty you will need to supply proof of purchase and return the goods to us. They will either be repaired or replaced and then sent back to you free of charge. Please contact us to make a claim.
